The issue must be clearly shown in the video without any pauses or cuts and must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Policy on Replacements
We do not offer refunds. We only replace items if they are damaged, and this replacement is contingent upon providing a clear opening video as evidence of the damage.
